From the band perspective

When you are dealing with things that are working well for you then you have to be sure that you are getting everything in line. The music powers that be will never even listen to you unless you have all of your ducks in a row.

So you must be sure that you are getting things that are going to work for you. That is something that is positive for most people. You need to cut a demo record and then continue from there.
